Supply Chain Manager

Core responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes, source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, manage purchase orders, monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and operational needs.
• Drive daily actions to clear shortages, expedite with suppliers, and protect integration timeline.
• Reduce total cost, lead time, and risk.
• Follow POs through delivery and payment.
• Track On time delivery and reporting records.
• Negotiate Supplier terms and conditions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sourcing / procurement /related experience, ideally in a startup environment.
• Strong execution under pressure with clear written/oral communication, reliable follow-through, and the Judgment to escalate early to protect schedule.
• Comfortable executing while building structure and processes.
• Strong procurement, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with supply chain management and inventory control.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using procurement software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
