Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will lead end-to-end supply chain strategy, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment processes. Key responsibilities include establishing KPIs, negotiating supplier agreements, conducting spend analyses, managing contract lifecycle, overseeing category management, implementing forecasting, and managing logistics solutions for national delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, or operations leadership experience in healthcare or medical device industries, including managing 5+ direct reports
• Proven track record of delivering 10-15% YoY cost savings through spend analysis, strategic sourcing, and vendor negotiations
• Experience in enterprise ERP and WMS systems implementation or oversight, with strong forecasting skills
• Contract management expertise, including redlining and stakeholder negotiations
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred
