Careers

About the role

We work on critical infrastructure of consequence. We focus on systemic, impactful problems and take pride in designing and manufacturing solutions that will be deployed and operated for decades.

We take accountability — as much for the final outcome as any specific task along the way. We share the responsibility to deliver an impeccable product, and are always willing to help beyond team or system boundaries to do so.

We believe transparency drives optimal outcomes. Our success is born from open collaboration across hardware, software, manufacturing, operations, and with our customers. We reason from first principles and evaluate decisions at the system-level, not in silos.

We value clear communication, active listening, and honest feedback. We prioritize progress over posturing and treat disagreement as a tool for better decisions. No defensiveness, no ego.
