Supply Chain Manager
About the role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the planning and execution of our global supply chain. The role involves owning the end-to-end supply chain, balancing supplier capacity, demand forecasts, and customer priorities to optimize inventory levels, ensuring products move efficiently, accurately, and on time, and partnering with various teams to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the End-to-End Supply Chain
- Lead the planning and execution of the entire inventory lifecycle across all customers
- Balance supplier capacity, demand forecasts, and customer priorities to optimize inventory levels
- Ensure products move through the supply chain efficiently, accurately, and on time
- Persistently partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Quality Assurance, and suppliers to support business objectives
- Drive Planning & Operational Excellence
- Improve forecasting accuracy and inventory performance through proactive planning and analysis
- Maintain supply chain performance and quickly identify risks or disruptions before they impact customers
- Ensure all customer and internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved
- Use data to drive operational decisions, even when information is incomplete or priorities shift
- Lead Issue Resolution
- Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve inventory, logistics, and execution challenges
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions that prevent recurring issues
- Create accountability across the supply chain for timely execution and service excellence
- Build Better Systems
- Continuously improve internal processes and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
- Evaluate and optimize end-to-end supply chain systems, from planning through execution
- Standardize best practices while identifying opportunities to simplify and automate processes
- Measure success through improved SLA performance, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency
- Lead People & Performance
- Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team to deliver exceptional results
- Establish clear expectations, performance metrics, and accountability across the function
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Help build a supply chain organization capable of supporting ATI's continued growth
Requirements
Experience leading supply chain, inventory planning, procurement, logistics, or operations in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supplier management, and supply planning. Proven ability to improve operational processes and lead cross-functional initiatives. Experience managing teams while driving accountability and performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions using data. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships across departments and with external partners.

Benefits
Compensation is commensurate with experience in the range of $110K-$150K. ATI offers a comprehensive benefits package including bonus opportunities, medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
