About the role

As a Supply Chain Manager with Linxon, you will lead end-to-end supply chain execution across sourcing, procurement, logistics, and supplier management to ensure the business delivers projects safely, on time, and within budget while optimizing total cost, quality, and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals, assess supplier capacity and risk, and build strategic partnerships that ensure continuity of supply and long-term value
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and project controls from bid through execution to provide market intelligence, validate pricing, and shape competitive and executable procurement strategies
  • Lead procurement planning and execution, oversee budgets and forecasts, and ensure all purchasing activity complies with company policies while minimizing commercial and quality risk
  • Analyze supply market trends, contractor performance, and cost drivers to improve sourcing decisions, optimize total cost of ownership, and strengthen supplier performance outcomes
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement programs that enhance cost, quality, delivery, and working capital through better payment terms, lead times, and order strategies
  • Establish and track key performance metrics, identify savings opportunities, and provide clear, data-driven reporting to senior leadership on performance against project and business targets
  • Lead supplier and contractor negotiations, establish standard agreements, and ensure contract terms align with company directives while protecting commercial interests
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify and close operational gaps, streamline processes, and improve end-to-end supply chain performance across projects and portfolios
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing supply chain team through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing while driving engagement and accountability
  • Implement talent management and succession planning strategies to ensure the organization has the skills and leadership depth to support current and future business growth

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 6 years of epc experience or at least 10 years of progressive supply chain experience, ideally within utilities, solar, or renewable energy markets
  • You have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, delivering measurable results, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • You have strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders, align supply chain strategy with business priorities, and communicate effectively at all levels
  • You have advanced negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex supplier and contractor relationships while securing favorable commercial outcomes
  • You have demonstrated experience improving supply chain performance through cost reduction, process optimization, and innovative sourcing approaches
  • You have strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data, metrics, and insights to drive decision-making and performance improvement
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can clearly articulate strategies, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
  • You have a bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, or a related field, and an MBA is considered a plus

Pay

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,900 to $183,900. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schedule

This is a full-time position based in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States of America.
