About the role
The Supply Chain Management Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in developing a career in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations. Over a structured 1–6 month rotational program, trainees will gain hands-on experience across multiple functional areas within our distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Returns & Reverse Logistics: Accurately and efficiently process customer returns. Inspect returned products for condition, quality, and compliance. Sort, label, repackage, and disposition returned merchandise according to company procedures. Identify damaged, defective, or incorrect items and escalate issues appropriately. Update inventory systems and maintain accurate records of return transactions.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist with inbound receiving, unloading, and put-away activities. Support inventory management and stock accuracy initiatives. Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits. Help with order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping operations. Help maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, transportation, and operations teams. Support daily operational reporting and performance tracking. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Assist supervisors with special projects and operational assignments.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow company safety policies and warehouse operating procedures. Maintain compliance with quality standards and inventory control requirements. Contribute to a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Office applications
- Willingness to learn and rotate across multiple operational functions
- PREFERRED:
- Internship or prior experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms
- Experience working with inventory management processes
- Bilingual abilities (English and Mandarin preferred but not required)
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and distribution center environment

Work Locations
Trainees may be assigned to and rotate between our facilities in: Port Reading, NJ, Linden, NJ, and Flanders, NJ. Located near the major logistics hubs of New Jersey, these facilities provide valuable exposure to domestic and international supply chain operations.
