About the role
The Global Trainee Program at RHI Magnesita marks the beginning of a hands-on, international journey at RHI Magnesita. Designed for early-career graduates, the program offers the opportunity to grow into future leaders and experts through real responsibility, diverse rotations, and exposure to a global industrial business from day one.
Responsibilities
- Define, search for and interact with multiple sources to gather purchasing, market & internal intelligence which will be summarized and shared with our NAM teams.
- Develop, maintain, and govern regional intelligence reporting which will combine external & internal market information.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses together within dept and in collaboration with other global RHI Magnesita departments as needed.
- Complement specific Supply Chain activities to include a demand/supply planning system maturity (o9 Supply Planning Tool) and finished goods inventory positioning; complement specific Procurement activities to include a new ERP implementation (SAP S4H), vendor enrollment, guided buying, commerce automation and contracting as a supporting user of SAP Ariba.
- Organize KPI reviews of procurement categories together with the procurement category responsible leads.
Requirements
- Degree requirement: minimum BSc or equivalency
- First professional experience through internships, or entry-level roles
- Fully fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Motivation to take initiative and drive topics forward
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills and clear communication style
- Open-minded, agile, and comfortable with change
- Ability to thrive in diverse, international environments
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office is expected
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
