Supply Chain Management - Division Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Division Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across supply chain, procurement, sourcing, logistics, and supplier development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop long‑term supply chain strategies, key performance indicators, and corrective actions.
• Lead procurement, supplier selection, qualification, sourcing, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and risk management.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, foster collaboration, and develop organizational capabilities.
• Oversee logistics, inventory, warehousing, and ERP planning to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations, with at least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and supplier relationships.
• Proven success in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and cost reduction; aerospace or complex industrial experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing 4–5 direct reports and 90–100 indirect reports, supporting decision‑making, risk mitigation, and supplier management to drive business growth.

Working Conditions

Office environment with frequent cross‑functional interactions, occasional extended hours, and travel up to 35%.
