About the role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Management Consulting Senior Manager team in the Industrial sector. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on addressing industry-specific challenges through strategic advice and solution implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice and implement solutions for clients in the Industrial sector.
  • Optimize business processes for clients in the Industrial sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client leaders.
  • Manage and mentor junior consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years' experience in Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience performing Professional Services in Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an industry tied to Logistics and Freight.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the sales origination process.
  • Managing large teams within complex delivery environments.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Strategic AI solutions.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of industry fundamentals and leading functional practices.
  • Ability to formulate solutions for complex problems using a fact-based, hypothesis-driven approach.
  • Strong ability to translate recommendations into actionable roadmaps and program plans.
  • A bias for action and a sense of urgency while maintaining a process-oriented approach and sound business judgment.
  • Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
  • Navigate the global Accenture network effectively, leveraging expertise to generate valuable executive insights and contribute to client business development.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Pay

The annual salary range for this role is as follows:

  • California: $132,500 to $338,300
  • Cleveland: $122,700 to $270,600
  • Colorado: $132,500 to $292,200
  • District of Columbia: $141,100 to $311,200
  • Illinois: $122,700 to $292,200
  • Maine: $112,900 to $249,000
  • Maryland: $132,500 to $292,200
  • Massachusetts: $132,500 to $311,200
  • Minnesota: $132,500 to $292,200
  • New York: $122,700 to $338,300
  • New Jersey: $141,100 to $338,300
  • Virginia: $122,700 to $311,200
  • Washington: $141,100 to $311,200
  • Chicago, IL: $132,500 to $338,300
  • Arlington, VA: $122,700 to $270,600
