Job Overview

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge of supply chain acquisition processes, project management, and strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate will lead the entire supply chain process from proposal stage to program award and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and achieving customer objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Motivated self-starter with comprehensive understanding of the Supply Chain Process Flow and managing Business Unit performance in technical scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Expertise in managing complex subcontracts, including hardware, software, complex services subcontracts, and follow-on/production subcontracts.
  • Effective communication with professionals across various levels and functions.
  • Leadership and team management skills, including leading, directing, and reviewing the work of direct reports to maintain workflow and productivity.
  • Ability to provide input on talent and performance management decisions for the team.
  • Management of department and program budgets, supporting explanations of variances in monthly performance.
  • Navigating FAR/DFARS regulations and internal procedures for compliance.
  • Supporting Small Business initiatives, generating spending plans, payment forecasts, and variance reports.
  • Following strategic direction set by Program and functional leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience.
  • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills

  • TS/SCI and/or DoD Secret clearance preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in the following contract types: FFP, FPIF, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost-Plus (w/fixed-fee, incentive fee, or award fee).
  • Experience managing budgets and sales forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma experience.
  • Previous Leadership experience.
