About the role

As a Supply Chain Intern at Honeywell Aerospace, you will gain hands-on experience contributing to end-to-end supply chain operations. You will collaborate with the supply chain team to support procurement, production, logistics, and distribution while optimizing processes, analyzing data, and working across functions. This internship offers exposure to Fortune 100 supply chain operations—from procuring raw materials and transforming them into finished products to shipping goods to customers. You may contribute to aero and space products, consumer goods, or chemical manufacturing. Key learning opportunities include:

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with procurement activities, including supplier management and contract negotiation
  • Supporting production planning and inventory management processes
  • Assisting with logistics coordination and tracking shipments
  • Analyzing supply chain data and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and projects

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Must graduate December 2027 or later and continue enrollment upon internship completion
  • Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA or higher)
  • Due to U.S. export control laws, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
  • Must be authorized to legally work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Skills

  • Fundamental knowledge of supply chain, engineering, operations, or technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Inquisitive and quick learner with a passion for changing the world through supply chain leadership
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
