About the Role

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Operations Team as a Supply Chain Data Analytics Intern. This paid internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist with project support while gaining valuable work experience related to your field of study. The program is known for in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, professional development, job shadowing, and other growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support Data Insights and AI Projects
• Data Pipeline Automation using Microsoft Fabric Platform
• Support the consolidation and automated refresh of Supply Chain, Logistics, and inventory dashboards onto a unified Fabric-based pipeline
• Assist with a design-geography analysis for product delivery, helping evaluate delivery cost and transit time to support freight cost reduction
• Support data analysis and share insights on SKU rationalization cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

• Previous internship experience in a relevant function
• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Junior/Senior level
• Supply Chain Management or Data Analytics major preferred
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and attention to detail)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
