Full-time hybrid role lasting from June 2027 to August 2027, with up to 5% travel required. This position is not eligible for employment-based visa sponsorship.

About the role

We're searching for innovative, driven undergraduates eager to challenge the status quo and bring fresh perspectives to our Supply Chain Internship Program. Interns will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations within one of the following departments:

  • Supply Chain Planning: Develop tools and processes to advance our path to Class A certification. The team ensures on-time delivery, inventory management, and schedule stability, linking business units with operations.
  • Warehouse Operations: Work with operations teams to improve finished goods movement, focusing on first-in-first-out principles, product density, and velocity. Accountable for on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and minimizing damages.
  • Distributor Services: Support the Order to Cash process, ensuring superior customer service for distributors and retailers. Balance quality, service, and cost goals while promoting sales and supply chain activities.
  • New Product Development: Collaborate on cross-functional teams to bring new products to market on time and aligned with organizational strategies. Develop tools to improve time-to-market efficiency.
  • Sales & Operations Planning: Assist in demand management by facilitating consensus forecasts with marketing, sales, and leadership. Enable risk and opportunity planning to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Operations Management.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Experience using SQL, databases, or data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, SAP, or Advanced Excel).
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, or meetings for onboarding, training, and events up to 5% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
  • Previous internships or experience in Supply Chain or Operations.
  • Advanced experience in data analytic tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
  • Experience gathering requirements and designing data/information solutions to meet business needs.
  • Record of delivering small to medium analytical solutions with measurable business impact.
  • Strong attention to detail, passion for processes, systems, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional team environments.
