About the Role

This is a 4-month contract role focused on supporting the SAP MRP implementation, testing, data readiness, and go-live stabilization activities.

Responsibilities

  • Master Data Validation & Cleanup:
    • Validate RM, PM, SFG, and FG master data.
    • Review MRP parameters such as lead times, safety stock, procurement type, and lot sizes.
    • Identify and track data quality issues.
  • BOM & Planning Data Verification:
    • Verify BOM accuracy and approved material substitutions.
    • Validate component quantities, UOMs, and planning data.
    • Support correction tracking and closure.
  • MRP Testing Support:
    • Execute MRP test scenarios.
    • Review for planned orders, purchase requisitions, process orders, and purchase orders.
    • Document test results, issues, and resolutions.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Maintain go-live readiness trackers and action logs.
    • Prepare daily status reports and KPI updates.
    • Assist with inventory, forecast, and supply-demand analysis.
  • Post Go-Live Support:
    • Support cutover activities and data migration validation.
    • Monitor MRP exception messages and transaction errors.
    • Assist planners, buyers, and production teams during post-go-live for data updates.
  • Documentation & Training:
    • Develop SOPs, user guides, and quick reference materials.
    • Document lessons learned and frequently asked questions.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or IT.
    • Experience with SAP/ERP implementation support.
  • Skills:
    • Experience with SAP/ERP implementation support.
    • Understanding of ERP systems.
  • Working Environment:
    • Desk work in an office setting.
