About the Role
This is a 4-month contract role focused on supporting the SAP MRP implementation, testing, data readiness, and go-live stabilization activities.
Responsibilities
- Master Data Validation & Cleanup:
- Validate RM, PM, SFG, and FG master data.
- Review MRP parameters such as lead times, safety stock, procurement type, and lot sizes.
- Identify and track data quality issues.
- BOM & Planning Data Verification:
- Verify BOM accuracy and approved material substitutions.
- Validate component quantities, UOMs, and planning data.
- Support correction tracking and closure.
- MRP Testing Support:
- Execute MRP test scenarios.
- Review for planned orders, purchase requisitions, process orders, and purchase orders.
- Document test results, issues, and resolutions.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain go-live readiness trackers and action logs.
- Prepare daily status reports and KPI updates.
- Assist with inventory, forecast, and supply-demand analysis.
- Post Go-Live Support:
- Support cutover activities and data migration validation.
- Monitor MRP exception messages and transaction errors.
- Assist planners, buyers, and production teams during post-go-live for data updates.
- Documentation & Training:
- Develop SOPs, user guides, and quick reference materials.
- Document lessons learned and frequently asked questions.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or IT.
- Experience with SAP/ERP implementation support.
- Skills:
- Experience with SAP/ERP implementation support.
- Understanding of ERP systems.
- Working Environment:
- Desk work in an office setting.
