This is a 4-month contract role.

About the Role

Support SAP MRP implementation, testing, data readiness, and go-live stabilization activities.

Responsibilities

• Master Data Validation & Cleanup: Validate RM, PM, SFG, and FG master data. Review MRP parameters such as lead times, safety stock, procurement type, and lot sizes. Identify and track data quality issues.
• BOM & Planning Data Verification: Verify BOM accuracy and approved material substitutions. Validate component quantities, UOMs, and planning data. Support correction tracking and closure.
• MRP Testing Support: Execute MRP test scenarios. Review for planned orders, purchase requisitions, process orders, and purchase orders. Document test results, issues, and resolutions.
• Reporting & Analysis: Maintain go-live readiness trackers and action logs. Prepare daily status reports and KPI updates. Assist with inventory, forecast, and supply-demand analysis.
• Post Go-Live Support: Support cutover activities and data migration validation. Monitor MRP exception messages and transaction errors. Assist planners, buyers, and production teams during post-go-live for data updates.
• Documentation & Training: Develop SOPs, user guides, and quick reference materials. Document lessons learned and frequently asked questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or IT.
• Experience with SAP/ERP implementation support.
• Understanding of ERP systems.

Working Environment

Desk work in an office setting.

Pay

$23/hour.
