Supply Chain Intern

We are committed to one mission: Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better. We are searching for a Supply Chain Intern to support the Suture Supply Chain Team in Naples and Ave Maria.

Responsibilities

• Set production order releases.
• Monitor Expedites/De-expedites.
• Run and distribute past due reports.
• Follow up on items in Quality.
• Run Open Order Reports.
• Gather feedback from Operations and reschedule work orders where needed.
• Work closely with suppliers on past dues, expedites/deexpedites, open order reports, and approve international orders.
• Provide support to planning, work within task requirements to deliver results, and communicate issues timely and accurately.

Qualifications

Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Business or Supply Chain. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)

Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (including macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles.
• Proficiency with PC, fax, and scanner.

Schedule

This internship will run from January 2027 – April 2027. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 20-30 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.
