Supply Chain Integration Manager, Supply Chain and Intellectual Property Security
Description
The Supply Chain Integration Manager owns supply chain integration for the SCIPS compliance program, ensuring security services are embedded into the Product Development Process across supplier selection, component mapping, and manufacturing. This role influences senior stakeholders (L7–L10) without direct authority across Global Commodity Management, Mechanical Manufacturing, Engineering, and Legal to deliver end-to-end supply chain security visibility for the device portfolio.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead complex supply chain security programs (supplier mapping, SoC security, manufacturing requirements, supplier management integration, risk modeling) where both the problem and plan may be undefined
- Identify and scope security challenges across organizational boundaries where no single team owns the end-to-end picture
- Build long-term mechanisms—contractual frameworks, quantitative models, and process integrations—that outlast individual projects
- Navigate and influence across Global Commodity Management, Engineering, Legal, and Operations without direct authority
- Develop and execute both tactical and strategic plans, selecting stakeholders through expertise and judgment
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent technology experience
- 5+ years of HR, privacy, legal, compliance or risk management experience
- TAPA Certification or equivalent experience
- Experience security contract manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated ability to map supply chain and identify risks throughout the manufacturing and development lifecycle
- Experience building contractual or compliance frameworks that embed security requirements into supplier agreements or manufacturing processes
- Track record of influencing senior leadership (L7+) and driving cross-functional alignment without direct authority in a hardware or devices organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Amazon or a similar high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Experience in a global, multi-cultural setting
- Experience in a regulated industry
Pay
$131,300.00 - $229,700.00 USD annually
