Mission

We're looking for passionate and driven interns to join our mission and gain hands-on experience working on impactful projects.

What You'll Do

• Support the qualification of new vendors, from initial search through onboarding, to expand our capable supplier base.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective action follow ups when vendor quality issues arise.
• Build efficient systems and tools to manage and control vendor performance over time.

What We're Looking For

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering.

Skills: Experience or coursework in relevant subjects (e.g., manufacturing, GD&T, CAD, mechanical/materials design, Six Sigma).

Attributes:

• A passion for solving real-world problems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, comfortable interfacing directly with vendors.

Physical Job Requirements - Essential Functions

• Hands on work on development hardware.
• Long periods of standing, crouching, walking.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Location Requirement: Ability to work 100% onsite in Torrance, CA (remote or hybrid work will not be considered).
