Performs daily par cart inventories

Conducts daily par cart inventories.

Confirms orders

Confirms orders within assigned par areas.

Delivers supplies to assigned par areas

• Ensures timely delivery of materials to various locations.
• Takes special attention to refrigerated supplies and overnight packages.

Maintains warehouse and other assigned areas

• Ensures areas are clean, safe, and organized.

Accurately completes the replenishment/picking process

• Completes replenishment/picking process using associated computer software.
• Achieves accurate record keeping.

Delivers supplies and packages

• Delivers supplies and packages to customers.
• Obtains location delivery information.

Maintains conversion items and substitutes

• Communicates with clinical and departmental staff regarding conversion items and substitutions.

Participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout

• Assists in designing or maintaining par location item layouts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Possesses basic math skills.
• Pays attention to detail.
• Communicates clearly and effectively in English.
• Can communicate directly with clinicians.
• Has computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Can identify, sort and count accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to use an ERP system.
• Understands medical terminology and products.
• Demonstrated knowledge of inventory, receiving, replenishment and par level concepts.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Grad or Equiv.
• Field Of Study Grad or Equiv.
• 1+ years related experience.
• 6 months in customer service setting.
• 6 months in supply chain.
• Peoplesoft experience.

Pay Range

• $15.69 - $25.10
