About the role

The Supply Chain Development Program at Conagra Brands is an Evergreen Requisition designed to accelerate the hiring process for roles in Supply Chain. By applying to this program, you express your interest in Supply Chain and can be considered for future Supply Chain roles within the company.

Responsibilities

• Participate in year-long rotations across key Supply Chain functions based on business needs and development opportunities
• Build knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations through hands-on experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments
• Analyze business processes, data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver results
• Develop project management, communication, and leadership skills through structured experiences, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders
• Gain experience in one or more of the following areas: Logistics, Environmental Health and Safety, Planning, Supply Chain Analytics & Data Science, Procurement, Food Safety, Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement, Risk

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field completed by June 2027
• Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, community, or extracurricular experiences
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to relocate for a minimum of one year during the program based on business needs
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $59,000 - $79,000. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
