About the role
Epiroc is seeking a Regional Process Specialist to support the Regional Supply Chain Organization with process expertise. Key responsibilities include data-driven decision support, performance optimization, advanced analytics, cross-functional collaboration, automation, strategic project management, business process improvement, ad hoc analysis, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Decision Support: Develop, analyze, and maintain complex reports to support North America (NAM) Supply Chain operations and performance management.
- Performance Optimization: Define, measure, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, leveraging statistical and analytical methodologies to deliver actionable insights.
- Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Design and implement dashboards, and data-driven solutions by integrating internal and external data sources to optimize processes such as Integrated Business Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, and Materials Planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between supply chain teams, order fulfillment, inbound replenishment, transportation, and warehouse teams to support and drive process improvements.
- Automation & System Optimization: Utilize AI, Power BI, or other data visualization and automation tools to streamline reporting, data collection, and analytical processes.
- Strategic Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, and manage execution, ensuring timely delivery of analytics projects that enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Business Process Improvement: Work closely with management to identify inefficiencies, propose data-backed recommendations, and implement solutions to enhance supply chain operations.
- Ad Hoc Analysis & Reporting: Perform regional and cross-functional supply chain analysis for NAM (Canada, U.S., & Mexico), generating detailed reports and presenting insights to leadership teams.
Requirements
- Minimum Education Requirement: BS in Business or Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management and Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations management, or a related domain.
Key Knowledge & Skills
- Supply Chain & Operations Expertise: Thorough understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, inventory optimization, and order fulfillment in domestic and international operations.
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Skillful MS Excel user. VBA knowledge is a plus. Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for data visualization and analytics. Experience with Databricks, Fabric, AI, and programming skills is a plus (e.g. SQL, Python, Power Automate).
- KPI Analysis & Performance Measurement: Ability to define, measure, and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency.
- Project Management & Process Improvement: Background in project coordination, continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), and operational strategy is a plus.
- Regulatory Compliance & Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of logistics, distribution processes, and regulatory compliance standards in supply chain operations is preferred.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong English verbal and written communication skills to effectively present data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels. Other languages (especially Spanish) may be an advantage.

Pay
Expected compensation range in Ontario, Canada: 67,343.00 - 85,000.00 CAD.
