Job Responsibilities
- Clearly understand dōTERRA’s mission, culture, products and business strategies to support and strengthen dōTERRA’s ability to “Help the World Heal”
- Develop and distribute reports through Tableau to executives, VPs, directors, and department leaders in Operations department
- Analyze data and reports to provide decision makers with discoveries and suggestions to improve dōTERRA’s Supply Chain
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the current business intelligence reports
- Act as the bridge between I.T. and the end user to ensure that the vision of all parties involved is aligned
- Facilitate the adoption and effective use of emerging and evolving AI technologies within data analytics
- Respond to additional needs/requests
Job Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required; degree in Global Supply Chain, Business Management/Strategy, Statistics, Information Systems or other related major preferred
- Relevant school or work in general Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sourcing/Procurement, Logistics is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Must possess strong technical acumen along with an ability to effectively communicate with non-technical business end users
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management
- The ability to work both as a team and independently
- Moderate experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep, and SQL preferred
- Experience with Python, Streamlit, or other programming languages a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Passion and aptitude for quickly learning new technical skills
- Understanding of VS Code, GitLab, and Codex a plus
