Supply Chain Data Scientist
Primary Responsibilities
- Participate in supply chain projects within the value stream with consideration to the entire supply chain (plan, source, make, deliver).
- Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making.
- Optimize supply planning parameters that align with business requirements for service and inventory, including coordination of services and material to match production demands.
- Identifies supply chain problem areas and drives improvement in service, reduce cost, and increase inventory turns.
- Utilizes Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check-Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking.
- Collaborates with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners.
- Facilitates functional teams and meetings.
- Provide daily work direction to others in value stream (planners and other project participants).
- Works independently with general supervision.
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- Previous success in ERP implementation.
- Previous success in a greenfield manufacturing startup.
- Previous experience in a high-volume, high-variety just-in-time manufacturing environment.

Pay Range: $78,824.00 - $122,176.00

Profit Sharing: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
