Supply Chain Coordinator - Temporary

Key Responsibilities Create and manage product SKUsGenerate and send customer quotes for add-on ordersPlace add-on and demo orders for existing customersTrack orders through delivery and add product serial numbers to customer specific databasesAssist with new customer rollouts, ensuring smooth setup and orderingSupport existing customer renewalsAssist with subscription plan changes for existing customersProcess customer one-time invoicesSupport equipment returns and swaps, coordinating logistics as neededMaintain accurate records across relevant systems throughout all the aboveCommunicate proactively with internal teams and customers to ensure timely execution Qualifications Must reside in Arizona and be available during MST working hoursAbility to commit to the full mid-November to mid-February timeframeExperience in supply chain, order management, or customer operations preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and customersStrong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasksCRM software experience (Salesforce preferred) Hourly Rate: $18/hour Duration: Mid-November to Mid-February (exact dates TBD) Location: Remote; Arizona residents only Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST (40 hours per week)
