Supply Chain Coordinator
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of materials, products, and information throughout the supply chain.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory replenishment planning.
- Create and track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, lead times, and delivery performance.
- Identify and address potential supply chain disruptions and delays.
- Support production and demand planning activities.
- Escalate supply chain issues, delays, and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, sales, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field or 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay
$31.00 to $39.00 per hour. Some positions within Oerlikon may also offer eligibility to participate in a discretionary incentive program. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for the role will be based on a variety of factors including internal equity, job location, work experience, education, training, certifications, licenses, etc.
