Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Camp Hill, PA) — fully remote candidates considered nationwide; candidates within commuting distance of Camp Hill may work hybrid. Occasional on-site travel required.

About the Role
The Supply Chain Coordinator owns the end-to-end process of getting books to our customers. This role coordinates print quoting and print scheduling, supports the operational aspects of listing products for sale on our e-commerce platforms, manages inventory across direct fulfillment and Amazon FBA/FBM channels, oversees our 3PL relationship, coordinates freight shipments, and runs an internal help desk resolving fulfillment issues raised by our sales and customer support teams. Success in this role means all distribution channels are stocked at appropriate levels all year round; all products are listed and configured for fulfillment; and every customer receives what they ordered on time and in good condition.
Responsibilities
- Supply Chain & Vendor Management: Manage print vendor relationships, quoting, print scheduling, pre-press editorial coordination, and invoice reconciliation.
- Inventory Management: Manage annual and monthly demand forecasting and monitor/restock inventory across our warehouse and Amazon FBA.
- Fulfillment Operations: Manage 3PL fulfillment performance, issue resolution, returns, freight/international orders, and backorders.
- System Configuration: Configure and maintain product listings and catalogs across our e-commerce platforms. Configure and maintain integration of our 3PL software with our e-commerce platforms. Setup and maintain Print-on-Demand fulfillment for select situations.
- Supply Chain Liaison: Be the liaison between our external vendors, printers, and 3PL partner and our internal editorial team, sales team, and customer service team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 2–4 years experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or a related field. Publishing or print industry experience is a plus.
Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with e-commerce and inventory platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, 3PL/WMS systems) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Analytical Skills: Comfort working with data to forecast demand and inform purchasing decisions. Strong attention to detail for order accuracy and invoice reconciliation.

Physical Demands & Travel
- Travel: Occasional travel to the Camp Hill, PA office may be required. Attend CAP all-company gatherings annually in person.
- Office Presence: Remote position; occasional on-site presence at the Camp Hill, PA office may be needed as outlined above.
- Physical: This is largely a desk-based role requiring the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, use a computer and standard office equipment, and communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
