We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when content exists. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. We have "Who We Are" description: that's about company, not necessarily "About the role". Could be considered "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is company description. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content. We have "Who We Want" describing the role: that's about the role. Could be "About the role". Then "What You’ll Do" is responsibilities. Then "When And Where" includes schedule (1st shift, Monday-Friday) and location. That's schedule and maybe location but schedule heading only if schedule content. We have schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday. So we can include Schedule section. We have "What You Need To Have" includes qualifications, requirements, skills. We need to split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills maybe. But we can combine if content is substantive. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications and skills), Schedule. Benefits? Not mentioned except ESOP program described in Who We Are. That's a benefit. So we could have Benefits section describing ESOP program. Pay not mentioned, so omit. Benefits: yes. Thus sections: About the role (company description + ESOP?), Responsibilities, Requirements (education, experience, skills), Benefits (ESOP), Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO etc (none present). Must not include duplicated lines. We need to format lists with
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to extract details. Let's parse content. Who We Are: paragraph about mission, employee-owners, tier 1 supplier, etc. Also ESOP program details: shares annually, additional retirement benefit, etc. Also "#QualityDriven and #PeoplePowered!" maybe tagline. We'll put that in About the role? Actually About the role could be description of role and company. But we have separate "Who We Want" describing role. The instruction: About the role heading likely for role description. But we also have company description; maybe we can put company description under About the role as well, but it's not exactly role. However we need to include all substantive info. Could create a section "About the company" but not allowed headings list only those given. But we can still use About the role to include both role and company? Might be okay. But we also have "Who We Want" which is role description. Could combine both under About the role. Alternatively we could have About the role (role description) and maybe a separate section for company description not in allowed headings; but we must not create extra headings. So we need to fit company description somewhere else, maybe as a

before any heading? The instruction: Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /. It didn't forbid having a leading paragraph before headings. It said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. It didn't say we cannot have prose outside sections. But likely they expect sections only. However we can include a

for company description before headings, as it's prose. That would preserve info. Thus: leading

for Who We Are (company description). Then

      About the role

with content from Who We Want (role description). Then

      Responsibilities

with What You’ll Do list. Then

      Requirements

with What You Need To Have (education, experience, skills). Could split into Requirements and Skills but we can combine. Then

      Benefits

with ESOP details from Who We Are (maybe also mention employee-ownership). Then

      Schedule

with When And Where (1st shift, Monday-Friday, location Walker, MI). Location maybe not schedule but we can include location in schedule paragraph or as separate? Could add location in schedule section as prose. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to extract lists. Responsibilities list: each sentence starting with a verb. Let's capture: - Help plan and manage results of annual physical inventories. - Track programs launch and sunset activities. - BOM creation and maintenance in Plex from Launch to Sunset of all Programs. - Manage Supply Chain for the entirety of Launch between Tier 1, Tier 2, Integrators, Die Shops and OEM for all Programs. - Participate in launch meetings to plan out activities in future time periods and audit for BOM accuracy and forecasting parameters. - Drive team for thorough analysis of material adjustments as they relate to program launch and ensure detailed investigation and comprehensive corrective actions are put in place. - Driving continuous improvements, problem solving activities and stretch Delivery targets. - Review demand and supply to understand bottleneck and propose alternative capacity or areas needing capacity improvement to meet demand. - Participate in business planning meetings to plan out activities in future time periods. - Promote transparent communications between supplier and customer regarding manufacturing limitations and/or opportunities. - Participate in launch of new Challenge Mfg plants. - Performing other duties as necessary in support of business objectives. We need to ensure each as
    • . Requirements list: from What You Need To Have. Many bullet-like sentences. Let's extract: - Bachelor’s degree (major or concentration in Supply Chain Management/Logistics is a strong plus). - Minimum of five years’ work experience in a manufacturing environment. - Proven leadership experience required. - Ability to create accountability and to lead by example. - Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills. - In depth understanding and working knowledge of Inventory Control, Shipping, and Receiving. - 5+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position. - Experience with Plex Systems ERP strongly preferred. - Previous experience in automotive industry preferred. - Has high standards of performance for self. - Takes responsibility for actions, results, and mistakes. - Is thorough, accurate, and reliable when performing and completing job tasks; demonstrates honesty and integrity in all aspects of work. - Takes positive action to objectively resolve conflict by listening, staying focused on issue to find resolution, and monitoring progress. - Maintains positive relationships by constructively resolving conflicts. - Moves within own and/or other work areas (flexes) to support material flow. - Works with sense of urgency to meet needs of customers. - Has necessary experience, skills, and knowledge to perform all aspects of job; rotates through all job responsibilities. - Maintains knowledge and skills to perform job effectively. - Has ability to focus on benefits of change and see it as positive; approaches change or newness in constructive/objective manner; views change as learning opportunity. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail oriented and a high-level of organization. - Computer literacy required, including MS Office (Excel) and ERP/MRP experience. - Personal attributes must include integrity and ability to conduct self in a firm, fair, friendly and consistent manner. - Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on customer service, accuracy, and timeliness. - Up to 40% travel to the customer, other company manufacturing sites, supplier sites, and off-site training may be involved. We could split travel into schedule? But travel is part of requirements. We'll keep as requirement. Benefits: ESOP program details from Who We Are: "One of the many benefits of joining the Challenge team is the ESOP program. This program allows Challenge to give shares of the Company to all employee-owners annually. These shares are an additional retirement benefit that will continue to grow during your time at Challenge. Being part of an ESOP means our employee-owners share in Challenge’s success!" Also maybe mention employee-ownership. We'll put that as
      • items? Could be prose. Since it's a list of benefits, we can make
        • each sentence. Schedule: "This will be a 1st shift, Monday-Friday position located at our office in Walker, MI." So schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday. Location: Walker, MI. We'll include both in

. Now we need to output HTML fragment. Structure:
