The Opportunity

As a Supply Chain Consulting - Relex Director, you will lead efforts to optimize supply chain operations and enhance end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Within our Operations Consulting practice, you will focus on providing consulting services that streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Leading strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain operations and enhance end-to-end visibility
  • Collaborating with clients to analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness
  • Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network
  • Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations
  • Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successes
  • Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the organization
  • Promoting technological advances and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together
  • Balancing long-term and short-term strategic thinking to drive change and innovation
  • Upholding professional and technical standards, adhering to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years of experience
