Supply Chain Consulting - Relex Director
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain operations and enhance end-to-end visibility
- Collaborating with clients to analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness
- Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network
- Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successes
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the organization
- Promoting technological advances and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Balancing long-term and short-term strategic thinking to drive change and innovation
- Upholding professional and technical standards, adhering to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Physics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Biomedical Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science
- Demonstrating strategic leadership in supply chain transformation
- Excelling in operations strategy and process improvement
- Utilizing supply chain management software effectively
- Leading initiatives in supply chain risk management
- Driving innovation in logistics and manufacturing operations management
- Cultivating client relationships through strategic sourcing and procurement
Qualifications

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
