About the role

The Supply Chain COE Analyst is responsible for managing raw material orders, logistics, indirect purchasing, quality support, and production planning.

Responsibilities

  • Managing raw material orders based on consumption, liaising with suppliers, monitoring deliveries, scheduling arrivals, updating restock parameters in the ERP system (SAP), and managing stock and inventory.
  • Scouting and adopting corporate best practices for Italian Procurement Department.
  • Searching for local suppliers or alternative supply options in compliance with Cimpress and Pixartprinting policies and objectives.
  • Managing inbound raw material processes in collaboration with the warehouse, ensuring physical and accounting reconciliation in SAP.
  • Courier coordination for shipment scheduling, managing system issues, and interfacing with customer service.
  • Acting as a local support point for specific import-related missions.
  • Managing the purchase of products and services for the facility, collecting or entering purchase requests in SAP, selecting suppliers, approving expenses, and overseeing final receipt processes.
  • Facilitating effective collaboration between Quality department, Warehouse, and suppliers in managing non-conformities.
  • Supporting the validation process of new materials by coordinating sample deliveries and organizing relevant documentation and information flow.
  • Analyzing production and planning processes and interacting with production departments to ensure compliance with production schedules and promptly solving problems.
  • Performing analyses to identify improvement and/or preventive actions and drafting performance reports and monitoring process KPIs.

Requirements

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering or a Master of Science (MS) in Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in material planning or procurement within medium to large organizations.
  • Knowledge of SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
  • Previous experience in the paper, packaging, or printing industry is a plus.

Qualifications

  • US Citizen, Green Card, OPT-EAD, CPT, H-1B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC-EAD work authorization.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

Depending on experience (DOE).
