Supply Chain Clerk Full Time

About the role

The Supply Chain Clerk supports procurement for all supplies, including receiving and verifying supplies against packing slips, stocking supplies in various departments, and assisting with clerical duties. We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic person capable of lifting 50 lbs and being on their feet often.

Responsibilities

  • Receive supplies and verify against packing slips
  • Stock supplies in various departments
  • Assist with clerical duties

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One year minimum basic office experience, preferably in the healthcare environment
  • Strong customer service background
  • Strong math and counting skills
  • Type minimum of 40 wpm preferred
  • Computer experience required (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred)
  • Able to deal tactfully with the public and other staff members
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to deal with repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and lift heavy items above your head and shoulders
  • Ability to work in a clean and sterile environment
