RECEIVING CLERK - SUPPLY CHAIN FULL TIME DAYS

About the Role

The Receiving Clerk - Supply Chain is a full-time position at the new Alan B. Miller Medical Center, opening in Spring 2026. This state-of-the-art facility will feature 150 private patient rooms, a medical office building, a helistop, and 365,000 square feet of hospital and medical office space. The campus will offer comprehensive services including Emergency Care, Orthopedics and Surgical Services, Oncology, Cardiovascular, and Neurosurgical services.

Responsibilities

• Accurate receiving, keying, storage, delivery, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment throughout the facility
• Ensure timely replenishment and availability of supplies in all stocking locations, including storerooms and point of use areas
• Review and maintain Min/Max inventory levels
• Conduct scheduled physical inventories
• Support shipping activities for outgoing deliveries
• May be cross-trained and required to float to other supply chain or support areas as needed

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required
