About the role
The Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) Manager is responsible for leading and scaling key COE capabilities that drive operational excellence, supplier performance, analytics, and continuous improvement across the organization. This role acts as a strategic partner to the Director and is accountable for translating COE strategy into actionable plans and delivering measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more Supply COE capability areas (supplier performance, sustainability, analytics, continuous improvement, or project execution), with scope evolving based on business needs.
- Translate COE strategy into executable plans and deliver measurable business results.
- Align resources, prioritize initiatives, and develop talent while driving cross-functional execution.
- Influence stakeholders across Operations, Procurement, Finance, and R&D.
