Supply Chain Buyer

About the role

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Buyer to join a cutting edge worldwide technology company, dedicated to solving unfulfilled clinical needs, located in Audubon, PA fully on site. The Supply Chain Buyer will help ensure our supply chain operates smoothly, timely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supply continuity review and management.
• Reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions, partners directly with manufacturers, and ensures items are delivered On‑Time‑In‑Full.
• Creates, updates, and manages purchase orders, ensuring timely placement and follow‑through to resolution so that materials and services are available to meet sales demand.
• Supplier communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
• High proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, with the ability to collect and review data, establish facts, and solve problems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree

Pay

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
