Supply Chain Buyer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Buyer to join a cutting‑edge medical device company in King of Prussia, PA. This position is fully on‑site.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage supply continuity.
• Analyze purchase requisitions, partner directly with manufacturers, and ensure items are delivered on‑time‑in‑full.
• Create, update, and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely placement and follow‑through so materials and services meet sales demand.
• Communicate with suppliers and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong data‑analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.

Pay

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000.
