Main Tasks
- Monitor and analyze supply chain operations to improve efficiency and performance.
- Support operational projects and initiatives across the USA region.
- Develop and maintain budgets, cost analyses, and profitability reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and operational excellence.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support new business development initiatives through supply chain analysis and planning.
- Ensure compliance with company standards related to quality, safety, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or related functions.
- Previous experience within the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and supply chain reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Advanced English proficiency.
