Supply Chain
About the role
Oversees warehouse and other assigned areas of supply chain operations, including day-to-day management of assigned staff members. Directs the operational functions of the facility’s supply chain in close partnership with other supply chain leaders. Organizes and operates materials distribution, receiving, storing, and all related functions and systems effectively. Partners with hospital clinicians and staff to ensure customer needs are met by the supply chain. Establishes and maintains adequate levels of standard and emergency supplies to meet patient care demands. Maintains environment and operations to fit within regulatory guidelines. Establishes and maintains par levels on unit cart lists. Reviews electronic records and reports, taking appropriate actions. Communicates with related departments to identify and resolve issues. Assists in coordinating and cross-training new and current department personnel engaged in stocking supply carts, filling stock requisitions, and tagging patient chargeable supplies. Evaluates and provides feedback to assigned team members.

- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Strong customer service, communication, and persuasive presentation skills
- ERP knowledge (preferred)
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business or related field (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of related experience (required)
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
Qualifications
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: Associate’s AND 2+ years of related experience OR High School Grad or Equiv AND 4+ years of related experience
- Licenses and certifications: None required
Skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred)
