Supply Chain Associate

Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by the branch.
• Serve as a liaison between users and software techs.

Testing and Deployment

• Test new developments, patches, and software upgrades.
• Create scenarios and coordinate tests to verify/validate results.

Documentation and Training

• Create and modify SOPs and other supporting documents.
• Train branch users through design and conduct sessions.

Support and Improvement

• Support Operation HQ Managers in business process improvements.
• Implement best practices and utilize ERP system fully.
• Collect information from branches and prepare reports.
• Aid internal and external auditors regarding Oracle system and operation procedures.
• Provide project status and reports to manager.
• Recommend new features or changes to system or workflow based on user feedback.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate complex ideas clearly in writing, reading, and speaking English.
• Create visually appealing presentations using tools like PowerPoint.
• Organize data into an easy-to-read format using Excel or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Organize and prioritize numerous tasks under various time constraints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other general office software.
• Thorough understanding of the company's operation flows, processes, and practices.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas easily.
• Positive work history and reliable attendance.
• Available to work extended hours.
