Supply Chain Associate

Job Title: Supply Chain Associate Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support clinical distribution operations in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory movement, and consistent documentation for critical materials. Responsibilities Pick, review, pack, and prepare clinical materials for shipment in compliance with GMPs and SOPs.Execute inventory and shipment transactions in SAP with accuracy and attention to detail.Review orders and supporting documentation for compliance, correctness, and on-time delivery.Stage and meter outbound shipments, coordinate with planners/requestors, and support inventory counts, discrepancy resolution, and process improvement efforts. Required High school diploma or GED with 2 years of work or military experience, or an associate degree with 6 months of work or military experience.GMP knowledge and SOP compliance experience.Experience within clinical supply chain, warehousing, or logistics operations.Material handling experience, system proficiency, and problem-solving ability.Ability to operate Powered Industrial Vehicles and handle materials up to 35 lbs.Comfort working in cold storage environments and following compliance and documentation requirements.Experience using SAP, Excel, and Smartsheet is highly preferred.
