SUPPLY CHAIN ASSOCIATE

About the role

Custom Truck One Source delivers specialized truck and heavy-equipment solutions—sales, rentals, aftermarket parts and service, customization, remanufacturing, financing, and asset disposal—across North America. The Supply Chain Intern will support the logistics process to ensure material is readily available for operations, assist in inventory tracking, and help coordinate shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Support the Supply Chain team and execute department strategy.
• Assist in data entry to give visibility to whole-goods inventory by managing and updating vendor-supplied schedules.
• Work with Operations management to ensure clarity on department needs.
• Assist in communications with buyers, vendors, and Accounts Payable to streamline processes.
• Review supplier invoices to verify costs and counts are accurate.

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across an organization.
• Forward-thinking with the ability to problem-solve quickly.
• High level of ambition to continuously improve processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Highly motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

• Works between an office and plant environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise.
• Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds.
• Regular attendance and punctuality required, Monday–Friday.
