Supply Chain Associate

Primary location: Burnet Campus, Material Management department. Full-time, regular employee status, 40 hours per week on the evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow CCHMC regulatory and accreditation standards for operations and materials management.
• Facilitate special requests for pending items both on-site and at other locations; collaborate with sales representatives to ensure patient-related items and off-site equipment are present and functioning when needed.
• Perform activities related to the receipt, delivery, and staging of supplies in designated areas; answer questions and resolve problems with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Prioritize tasks to fulfill the most critical needs first.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and CCHMC policies in support of coordination of environment of care; partner with staff to ensure compliance and timely response for change and problem-solving.
• Assist in coordinating the day-to-day activities and assignments of the work unit; train new and current employees and act as a resource for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Maintain the accuracy of storage, storeroom, and designated area inventory by properly accounting for all transactions in the inventory software system.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft and how to access all basic functions quickly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Pay

Expected starting pay range: $19.29 - $23.92 per hour. Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on-call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.
