Summary of the Role

Join a large biotech pharmaceutical leader as a Supply Chain Sr. Associate supporting hands-on warehouse and supply chain operations at a third-party logistics site in Easton, PA. This onsite role focuses on raw material flow, purchase order management, ERP transaction execution, shipping and receiving documentation, and real-time issue resolution in a GMP-regulated environment. The ideal candidate brings strong warehouse operations knowledge, supply chain experience, GMP/GDP exposure, technical system skills, and the ability to coordinate across 3PL, manufacturing, planning, quality, procurement, master data, accounting, and transportation teams in a dynamic operational setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor purchase orders and inbound shipment schedules to ensure timely material availability
  • Own and manage the raw materials receipt tracker, providing real-time receipt lifecycle and quality workflow updates
  • Coordinate weekly outbound schedules, including delivery creation, quantity investigations, inventory checks, and transportation scheduling
  • Oversee shipping and receiving documentation to ensure accurate execution of GMP processes and records
  • Support onsite operations in partnership with 3PL leadership, manufacturing sites, planning, and transportation teams
  • Lead integration activities between SAP and LSP systems
  • Prepare governance deliverables including dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Participate in cross-functional workstreams with 3PL, accounting, procurement, master data, quality, and supply chain teams
  • Resolve quality issues within the warehouse, including damages and documentation errors
  • Investigate and resolve shipment, ERP, and inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure closure of associated quality records
  • Drive continuous process improvements through project management, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation

Qualifications

  • Several years of supply chain or warehouse operations experience in a regulated environment
  • Experience in GMP, biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar regulated operations preferred
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Strong warehouse operations and supply chain process knowledge
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, reconcile, and analyze large data volumes accurately
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills, especially related to WMS and ERP exceptions
  • Excellent communication and documentation habits
  • Dependable onsite reliability and ability to execute in an operational setting
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization

Preferred

  • Experience with SAP, MS Office, Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, or similar data visualization tools
  • Understanding of GxP, SOX, clinical study conduct, or regulated supply chain requirements
  • Strong analytical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills
  • Project management, negotiation, and facilitation experience
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to learn new tasks, systems, and responsibilities quickly
  • CMIS, PMP, or CPIM certification

  • Maintain dashboards, KPIs, trackers, and operational reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support material flow and warehouse execution
  • Support continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
