What You'll Get To Do

The Supply Chain Analyst / Planner is a vital position in the CRL Planning organization. It is a high visibility position that coordinates on regular basis with other functions to achieve customer success. The position designs, develops and analyzes supply chain data, market trends, and processes to achieve optimal planning, scheduling, forecasting, and system improvements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating inventory plans for $200M regional sales with 40,000 different SKUs in a hub and spoke model ensuring 98.5% parts availability while achieving targeted inventory turns.
  • Create dashboards, develop KPIs to monitor performance related to forecast accuracy, inventory availability, suppliers OTD, and logistics.
  • Execute supply chain plans to improve overall performance including inventory turns, inventory utilization, and transactional costs.
  • Develop statistical models to create forecast at SKU and point of sale level with variable demand patterns.
  • Cook up with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Program Management related to new product launches, product sales performance, and to obtain market intelligence to develop demand forecast.
  • Elevate team performance through deeper market knowledge, cost saving opportunity and increased value to commercial partners.
  • Areas of responsibilities include traditional supply chain functions such as demand planning, network planning, and supply planning.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ years of work experience creating demand plans, sales forecasts, inventory plans, and supply plans.
  • Statistical analysis skills, and inventory optimization modeling experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written; able to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Solid creative and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to execute key strategies and manage and prioritize workload, multi-task and manage a diverse mix of issues, responsibilities, and challenges.
  • Must be an expert in Excel, Power BI
  • ERP system experience is required.
  • SAP experience is required.

Education / certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
  • APICS Certification preferred.

Position Pay Range

$73,500 - $85,000 USD
