General Summary
The LH2 Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the LH2 Supply Chain & Logistics team through the delivery of advanced reporting, data analytics, and strategic communication, while facilitating the development of business strategies for bulk operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of the LH2 Supply Chain to identify and implement cost optimization initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate professional communication regarding supply disruptions and outages with industry counterparts.
- Formulate comprehensive Outage Planning Strategies to ensure organizational readiness for scheduled disruptions.
- Perform detailed financial analyses of operational costs associated with both scheduled and unscheduled outages.
- Collaborate with the Scheduling Team to execute enhancements within the Supply Chain infrastructure.
- Act as the primary analytical partner to the LH2 Product Management Team, providing rigorous network analysis, data-driven recommendations, and advanced scenario planning to guide strategic decisions, particularly concerning source outages and long-term network resilience.
- Deliver specialized operational support and analytical insights to the LH2 Product Management Team.

Minimum Qualifications
- Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, logistics, operations management, mathematics or related field.
- Required Length & Type of Experience: 3 or more years of supply chain planning or logistics experience.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven aptitude for quickly mastering and applying customized Supply Chain optimization programs (ALTO, OSCD) to drive tangible cost savings and efficiency.
- Must possess outstanding written and communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to analyze demand and choose the most accurate forecasting algorithm.
- Ability to understand analysis methods based on statistics such as standard deviation, best fit analysis, control charts and scatter gram analysis.
- Ability to write routine business reports and business correspondence in English.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees and/or customers.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
