Supply Chain Analyst IV

Location: Sunnyvale, California | Duration: Contract | Pay rate range: $50-55 on W2

About the role

The main function of a Supply Chain Analyst IV is to define, build, manage, and measure global asset management. This role involves responsibilities such as purchasing goods and services, analyzing supplier performance, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound freight information to accurately indicate receipt of supply at different distribution centers (DCs).
• Coordinate weekly purchase order releases and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Update allocation of total supply among different demand channels daily based on inbound freight reports and supply projection models.
• Coordinate uploading allocation information and factory commitments into Oracle Fusion on a scheduled basis.
• Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with key cross-functional partners, including supply planners, freight teams, procurement teams, and customer experience teams.
• Document and streamline existing processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze inventory and freight reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and G Suite.
• Experience working with planning systems, specifically supply planning and supply chain planning.
• General supply chain experience, particularly in inventory operations, including supply planning/supply chain planning experience.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills – ability to slice/dice data and make inferences/recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – this candidate will be working with several cross-functional partners as part of their daily role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with related experience in a similar role or function.
