We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst II / Flow Controller to join a global Logistics Transformation team focused on optimizing transportation and supply chain flows across North America and international markets. This role will play a critical part in designing, analyzing, and implementing logistics flow improvements that drive measurable business impact in lead time reduction, inventory optimization, transportation efficiency, and sustainability initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute logistics flow optimization projects across domestic and international supply chains
- Design and implement transportation workflows to improve efficiency, transit times, and network performance
- Analyze current transportation lanes and identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvements
- Drive measurable improvements in:
- Lead Times
- Inventories
- Transportation Costs
- Supply Chain Performance
- C0 Reduction Initiatives
- Support transportation transformation initiatives across North America and global operations
- Develop recommendations for new transportation routes, logistics models, and flow structures
- Evaluate international shipping lanes and identify optimization opportunities
- Participate in transportation network design and continuous improvement projects

- Operations Leadership
- Escalate risks, identify constraints, and help drive timely resolution of project challenges
- Facilitate alignment between stakeholders during supply chain flow changes
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and business impact metrics
- Prepare project status updates and executive-level presentations
- Support KPI reporting and Logistics Review meetings
- Present recommendations, progress updates, and project outcomes to leadership teams
- Participate in and facilitate logistics flow workshops
- Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Utilize advanced Excel and reporting tools to analyze transportation and supply chain performance
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, Operations Management, Related Field
- Experience in: Supply Chain Analysis, Transportation Operations, Logistics Planning, Flow Management, Project Coordination
- Strong understanding of: Transportation Networks, Supply Chain Flows, International Commerce, Logistics Operations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong PowerPoint presentation and reporting abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing transportation workflows and optimizing logistics networks
- International trade, customs, or global supply chain experience
- Experience supporting supply chain transformation initiatives
- Engineering or process design background
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills
- Experience working with teams across Mexico and North America
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
