Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with assigned supplier partners, monitor their performance.
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs), track order status, and follow up for timely delivery of parts and materials, managing invoice exceptions and supply disruptions.
- Interpret and utilize data to support decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Participate in problem-solving efforts and suggest process improvements to enhance supply chain performance.
- Contribute to projects with internal stakeholders to align on supply chain activities and lead cross-functional meetings.
- Own the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) process to ensure timely resolution of supplier quality or delivery issues.
- Cook with relevant teams to manage supply transitions and phase-outs of parts or suppliers with minimal disruption.
- Compile data and present findings or updates to management and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft platforms.
- Strong communication abilities, including effective listening, written, and verbal communications.
- Ability to give balanced feedback, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Experience in working on cross-functional teams and a history of effectively building and sustaining relationships.
- Working knowledge and familiarity with organizational functions and the ability to identify and resolve problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Alternatively, at least 3 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
