Supply Chain Analyst - Hill AFB

Systems Implementers, Inc. (SI) is a contracted implementation consulting firm performing work at Robins AFB in Georgia. The ideal candidate will have both functional and technical expertise to support mission requirements, drive process improvements, and provide guidance within the team. We value motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are able to work collaboratively with customers and teammates in a fast-paced environment. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer interactions in a professional, friendly, and productive manner
• Perform complex analysis to identify, evaluate, and resolve issues impacting efficiency, productivity, and mission support
• Develop and review logistics planning and programming documentation
• Identify non-standard or emerging operational requirements
• Analyze problems created by the incompatibility of future programs and recommend appropriate corrective action
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data according to prescribed time frames
• Participate in various meetings and serve on panels or committees
• Prepare and present clear, concise, and well-structured briefings that address the designated issues
• Research and analyze data for current and future workload costs
• Support lean initiatives and process improvement efforts by gathering and assessing relevant data
• Conduct analysis and prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, templates, and briefings charts for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Observe, document, and map business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide formal mentorship and day-to-day guidance to junior analysts, supporting their development and ensuring quality of work
• Manage assigned projects, coordinating tasks and deliverables with team members to meet deadlines
• Act as a primary point of contact for designated tasks, ensuring alignment between the customer and the project team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant supply chain, logistics, or data analysis experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• U.S. Citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site at Robins Air Force Base

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL
• Strong technical writing skills
