About The Role The Replenishment Analyst plays a vital role in managing inventory levels and ensuring product availability across our retail outlets. This position involves analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and executing replenishment strategies that balance customer satisfaction with cost efficiency. Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience coupled with a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of retail business practices and excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Successful applicants demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced environments, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is required, along with the ability to quickly learn and utilize Oracle ERP systems or equivalent enterprise software. Physical requirements include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 pounds periodically, and navigate all facilities comfortably.
