Supply Chain Analyst
About the role
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments of Company’s CE (Consumer Electronics) business. It will require strong relationship building with Company’s retail channel partners as well as sales, marketing, operations & logistics. This role will actively coordinate S&OP planning and identify risk & opportunity predicated upon the current forecasts while requiring individual work to provide analysis that is concise and actionable. A major responsibility will be managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with our retail channel partners. Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (WOS) and forecast accuracy. Finally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weekly risk analysis all while measuring daily & weekly sales achievement.
Responsibilities
- Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Best Buy
- Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units
- Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP
- Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
- Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
- Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
- Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally
- Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Planning/Forecasting
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5-7 years related experience required
- Ability to work in a high-demand environment & prioritize
- Meet deadlines under pressure
- Analytical, attention to detail and accuracy
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite

Pay
The typical base pay for this role is $36.00 - $36.20 per hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
